Hope for “Skeleton Crew”: Disney has been running ads for it on various free streaming services such as Tubi (I saw it last night while finally getting the chance to watch “The Monolith Monsters” all the way through) and Pluto, and just the right amount, too. The ads definitely hype up the kid element, and they also hype up the anticipation of a new Star Wars show over Thanksgiving break. Here’s hoping the ad campaign works.

Here's hoping. I'm actually a little surprised they're not dropping the first two episodes on Friday.
I didn't realize that Skeleton Crew was this close! So that was a nice surprise.
So close!
I still reread all the “Legacy” books. Absolutely love the whole Yuuzhan Vong line. Tremendous!
There’s a lot of good stuff in Legends that I keep going back to. The NJO books are picking up now too, lots more stuff happening in them.
Also, congrats to the Gators. Hell of a win!
>> There aren’t even fun moments in Andor…
Ep 4/5/6 exchanges between Syril and Eedy definitely the highlight.
Syril: “What is it that you hear my collar saying?”
Otherwise the fun is clever wordplay or sarcasm, but you’re right. Not “fun” fun
To quote The Simpsons, my other pop culture obsession, it’s funny, but not ha ha funny.
Alden Ehrenreich did a fabulous job, I though. I would definitely watch more young Han adventures with him.
Glover was the best part of Solo but Ehreneich was great as well. I always thought the rumored Han/Lando/Qi’ra trilogy would have been a lot of fun.
For sure. I at least wish they’d run the Crimson Dawn stuff through a D+ show with occasional Han/Chewie/Lando cameos.
