It's the most wonderful time of the year
Hello there
Hey everyone, unfortunately there is not going to be an extra-special May the 4th edition of the Death Star Human Resources Department Newsletter; especially since I’m trying to stay mostly offline until I have the chance to watch the last two epsides of Shadow Lord. But, the day does have to be acknowledged. What kind of Star Wars newsletter would this before if I didn’t at least mention May the 4th? Not a very good one, that’s for sure.
So instead of news or reviews or even memes, I’m just here with a sincere thank you to everyone subscribes and reads and comments. I’ve said this before but when I started Death Star HR almost 3 years ago, I honestly had no idea if anyone would sign up other than my friends and family that I basically forced at blaster point to subscribe. So every time I hit send and Death Star HR goes out to over 400 people, it’s honestly a pretty awesome feeling. And I’m especially grateful it’s a community of Star Wars fans that want to celebrate what’s great about Star Wars, who are disposed to looking at what’s good about Star Wars instead of just bickering like the Republic Senate.
So I hope everyone is having or has a great May the 4th. May your viewing of Shadow Lord remain spoiler free. May you get whatever Mando and Grogu toy or prize you wanted from Burger King. May your blue milk always be cold. And may the Force be with you.
